Poke Dojo is the child of well established parents Hanaro Sushi in Bethesda and Kusshi Sushi in North Bethesda. Starting off as a pop-up inside its parent restaurants, Poke Dojo eventually matured into its own. At the heart of a good traditional poke bowl is high quality sushi grade salmon and tuna.
