Our intent with this website is to provide a platform for our own business in addition to the voices and endeavors of other chefs and topics on cooking. Check out the blog section to learn more. Were excited to announce that were putting down roots in Algiers! Thali Llama, your local pop-up for Indian cuisine, is opening Plume Algiers, a fast-casual restaurant focused on the regional Indian cooking weve come to revere in all our travels and studies. While we are eager to showcase our approach to Indian food in the comfort of our newly-renovated dining room, like everyone else we are trying to navigate the complexities of this pandemic. We currently offer indoor and outdoor dining, as well as take-out orders, and delivery through Dlivery Nola. In the very near future, at the food bar, diners will be able to watch the chefs at work, and on the weekends well be curating a special chefs tasting menu – applying a fine-dining approach using fresh, local ingredients. Weve waited a long time to present this amazing food to the city of New Orleans and we welcome you to indulge in regional Indian cooking with us.
