Pizza Palace Celebrated Its 30th Anniversary this year!!Pizza Palace was founded in 1984 as an affordable, down home restaurant to cater to the locals and visitors of Burwell. Located on the North side of the square in Burwell, Darrell and Sandy Fischer were part owners from 1989-1999 and sole owners 2000-2014. In October 2014, Jim and Terri Gross became the new owners with Sandi Steele as the new manager with the intent to continue the quality food and service that Sandy Fischer provided for 25 years. Since our beginning, we have strived to maintain the highest standard of speedy, efficient, and friendly customer service. We are continually bringing in the freshest ingredients and cater to the individual tastes of all our customers. Our 75-seat capacity dining room make us a popular place for special events and get-togethers. We provide pizza for organizational fund-raisers in the area and were a favorite lunch spot for small clubs and groups. The Pizza Palace strives to provide a family atmosphere for dining. We are an alcohol-free and smoke-free establishment. The Pizza Palace does a tremendous carry-out business and offers a weekly noon and Thursday night buffet. We have a large salad bar and offer many kinds of pizza, breadsticks and appetizers such as nachos and hot wings. We are a strong supporter of area schools and help sponsor many area events.
