Established in 2010. Pizza Barbones mobile wood fired oven has been traveling the Cape and Boston area making the freshest wood fired pizza since the spring of 2010. After finding much success at local farmers markets, public events and customers private partiesall over MA, Pizza Barbone has set down roots with a brick and mortar location at 390 Main St. in Hyannis, MA. We bake our pizza in a beautifully handcrafted Stefano Ferrara oven, which was built from scratch by third generation oven-makers out of rock and ash from Mt. Vesuvious and covered in hand painted glass tiles before being shipped to us from Naples, Italy. It is the first oven of its kind in Massachusetts so we are truly excited to bring the delicious pizza that this 1000 degree burning oven turns out to the people and visitors of Cape Cod Pizza Barbones mobile wood fired oven has been traveling the Cape and Boston area making the freshest wood fired pizza since the spring of 2010.
