We try to keep it the way it is supposed to be, nothing fancy, just real. We say the cheesesteak is not supposed to be pretty. It is supposed to be good. Coia of Tampa opened his third location in Brandon in September of 2013 after finding success with his family-owned Town N Country and Carrollwood Philly Phlava storefronts.
