Phat Cats Bistro specializes in contemporary American cuisine, and locally grown, always home made menu items Phat Cats is an american bistro located in a charming, free standing, 1920s brick building with original tin ceiling and hardwood floors, just a short walk from downtown Amesbury. It is owned and operated by Paul, the chef, and Christina, the baker and bartender. The wide range of items found on the menu are home made, using lots of all natural and locally grown ingredients. Working closely with local farmers, the seasonal harvest shapes the seasonal menu, ensuring the freshest food possible. Phat Cats is a great place to get together with freinds, have a private function, or to have cater your next event!
