People’s Park

Established in 2008. Its all about the People! Were dedicated to ensuring an outstanding dining experience for each and every guest. Dan, Jim, and Susie Taylor opened Peoples Park in December of 2008. The name was chosen because Peoples Park is all about thePeople!. In 2008, the restaurant occupied just the first floor of a historic Civil War era building built in the 1860s. After a disasterous electrical fire in 2010, the restaurant was forced to shut down for ten months. During this time, Peoples Park underwent a massive renovation, expanding up to the second floor and the rooftop deck! Peoples Park has a collection of eclectic artwork of people on all three levels. One of the most interesting and most talked about is the artwork behind the bar created by Dan Taylor. Guests of all ages can recognize something familiar to them! Our menu offers a variety of different options that should please everyones palette! Since the opening, Peoples Park has become a favorite of locals and vacationers who appreciate a one of a kind atmosphere, delicious food, and great people!
