Fast and Fresh Made Pasta Dishes for Your Enjoyment! Our family has been serving fresh made pasta to the Salinas Valley since 1975. Pastabilitys was established in 2016 to provide fresh ingredients, quality food, and affordable meals for families and individuals who are on the go. Great place to pick up a meal for home with individualized pasta dishes. Call it in and pick it up on your way home! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and Ive never been disappointed with my food. No eat in dining. The app does not currently work for ordering. Always amazing food…. we love to get the Michaelangelo (which is blackened chicken fettuccine) & add some of the baconara sauce… add some broccoli for a nice crunch and you have an extremely solid dinner! Bonus tip* look for the family platters, they tend to be cheaper for a few people then everyone ordering separate. A must-go place for anyone touring Salinas! The service was simple and clean, and the staff are very helpful and polite. The wait time is a bit on the longer side, so I do recommend ordering ahead, especially if having intentions to buy party packs. The garlic bread is good (although mine was slightly burnt, but the taste of it and the pasta makes up for it)! I recommend the Leonardo!
