Our flagship store is located in the French Quarter of downtown Fairhope, Alabama; our second shop is in the LoDa district of downtown Mobile, Alabama; and our newest Panini Petes store is located in beautiful Destin, Florida! Were more than just perfectly pressed sandwiches here at Panini Petes. Weve got delicious Angus beef burgers, killer dressed up dogs, hand-cut fries and chips, and our beignets are the best ones weve found outside of NOLA. At Panini Petes, were passionate about putting real food into our food, which is why our menu features items like house-made mozzarella, confit onion, freshly baked sweets and treats, and perfectly roasted roast beef. A popular high quality fast casual restaurant chain that originated in Fairhope, Alabama in 2006. Panini Petes was recently named the Best Sandwich Shop in the State! After two location and 10 years inn operation Pete partnered with Birmingham based Fresh Hospitality to Blow Up the Panini Petes brand. Currently sitting at 5 operating units in 3 states with many more to come! Pete also brought on longtime friend and fellow restaurant rock star Nick Dimario to help on the structure and operations side of things. Chef Pete is a Graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and also currently sits on their Alumni Advisory Council.
