Obis Sushi aims to be unique and different in our own way. Sushi is known world wide. It is not just strictly to Japan anymore. There are so many different types and style of sushi, and it is still growing by the seconds! Traditionally, when people speaks of sushi, people picture an old Japanese man making it. But in recent times, it holds no boundry to who can make sushi, whether it be man or woman, Japanese or of other ethnicity. The art of making sushi is known to whom can put their heart, their soul, their creativity, their innovativity in it, using the traditional method to fuse it with other cusines and uncovering a whole new class of food known as, Fusion Sushi.
