Established in 2017. We specialize in a very focused menu that features a 24-hour pork-based ramen broth. We currently do not offer vegetarian or to-go options, but plan to do so within the near future. Nomiya was founded on the principle that all food must be prepared with a little bit of soul and a whole lot of truth, bridging the gap between quintessential New Orleans cuisine and the spirit of Japanese artistry. For us, its all about soul food and ramen is just that…a hearty bowl that nourishes your soul.
