Opened in 2014, a homage to sushi & ramen, Niu B Sushis eclectic menu is inspired by Tokyo izakaya bar in a space evocative of a modern Japanese diner. Executive Chef Jimmy Cao has developed a network of purveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood as well as sustainably-raised kurabuta pork to anchor a rustic menu of simple, imaginative fare. In 2014, Niu B Sushi & Noodle Bar opened in the chic, urban renewal South Loop neighborhood, boasting of incredible views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park, Soldier Field, and is in close proximity to the McCormicks convention center. Our chef selects only the freshest ingredients from our trusted local and international sources, bringing you quality sushi, ramen, teriyaki, stir-fries and other Asian favorites. To compliment your dining experience, we also serve a fine selection of sake, wine, beer and craft cocktails. Niu B Sushi is the sister restaurant to the well-known Streeterville flagship restaurant Niu Japanese Fusion Lounge, located at 332 E Illinois St, Chicago IL 60611. Both restaurants are operated under
