I am Papa Peter, the tech guy for the two Nanas who will soon take over this Nanas Kitchen website. By way of introduction, Nanas Martha and Terry are two very highly respected women in their respective professions who have won equivalent recognition for their cooking and travel skills and advice. Their cooking demonstrations for the Italian Cultural Institute of Louisville are every bit as informative and entertaining as any cooking show I have seen on television. They are the Click and Clack of Italian cooking. They combine user-friendly recipes and advice culled from their travel and learning experiences both in Italy and in their own homes.
