At the end of every meal, we make at table-side, atraditional zosui () rice soup with the remaining broth. It embodies the Japanese practice of mottainai (), which means to waste nothing! We are proud to serve certified A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef, imported directly from the Miyazaki prefecture of Kyushu, Japan. A5 is the highest grade given to only the finest quality of Japanese Wagyu.
