Established in 1990. Homemade green chili, huge pancakes, and always excellent service! Original owner Ray Hill opened Mountain Shadows Restaurant in 1990. Through the 90s, the restaurant was open days and nights, but like everything else, was hit by the recessionand was sold in 2000. That ownership closed in 2003 and the building sat empty until January 05. Ray reopened in 05, bringing back Mountain Shadows Restaurants legendary food. He retired in 07, selling the business to current owners Kasie Swain and Ben Zook. This partnership has brought back dinner hours and they are re-building the original concept while adding innovative menu items.
