Micklethwait Craft Meats was founded by owner, Tom Micklethwait, who, on a cold winters day in December 2012, smoked and served his first bbq plate all by his lonesome, from the window of the vintage Comet trailer on Rosewood Avenue. Today, Micklethwait Craft Meats (MCM) is the result of the hard work and dedication of a group of friends who met while working in a fine dining restaurant on South Congress. Together, with their love of food, dedication to integrity, excellence, and good humor, MCM strives to provide great food and friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere.
