Merchant Madison

Merchant is a casual farm-to-table restaurant, craft cocktail bar and liquor store. We are inspired by the American Craft Movement – tradesmen and women who look to history to proudly perform their craft with knowledge and care. We work directly with local farmerswho grow their crops and animals with care and natural methods, bakers who make bread and pastry by hand, and cheese makers, distillers, and wine and beer producers who use top ingredients and age-old methods. Our classically trained team utilizes these ingredients to prepare everyday Old-and-New American food and drink that is authentic, simple, hand-crafted, comforting and delicious. We feature and sell all the products that make up our craft bar to the neighborhood in our liquor store. We sell all of our wines by the bottle, 6-packs of beer and hundreds of spirits including bourbons, ryes, gins, vodkas, scotches, cordials and bitters – one of the largest selections of spirits in town. We cant wait to share our passion for quality ingredients, honest and simple cooking, and this American craft of bartending.
