Mau

MAU is a neighborhood restaurant serving traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a modern and relaxed setting. We have been a part of the Mission since 2012. In Vietnamese, the word Mau can mean many things: model, archetype, color, quickly or blood. For us, MAU is an example of Vietnamese cuisine at its best: bright, fresh and robust. On the East Coast of the United States, Mau is slang for to eat, as in: Lets mau down, everyone! MAU is a gathering place where friends, family and neighbors come to have a good time.
