Marylous has always emphasized the quality of our coffee and the hometown enthusiasm of our team members. Weve always encouraged each employee to know the favorites of their regular patrons and greet new customers as if they had been coming daily. Our namesake, Marylou Sandry, can often be found at the various shops, greeting customers, encouraging employees, and generally enjoying herself as much as she did when she opened the first Marylous in Hanover. We hope you will let us know what we are doing right, and doing wrong. Were always trying to better what we do, not with the goal of growing like the big guys, but to ensure that our customers are treated respectfully, promptly, and with a smile every time they stop in.
