Mama Carpino's

Established in 2003. Mama Carpinos is a genuine Italian restaurant where everything is made from scratch. We pride ourselves on making the best Italian food in the High Desert. The story of Mama Carpinos began when my father was a young child. Watching his familyin the pizza business, in New York sparked a desire for him to one day own his very own Italian restaurant. In 2002, my father bought the historic Jillys restaurant in Apple Valley. Jillys was known as the restaurant that Roy Rogers frequented. The building was in complete disarray but my family chose to restore the building, rather than demolish it. After a laborious year, Mama Carpinos opened in September 2003. The restaurant was a huge success from the beginning. Our small restaurant was so successful that we were able to create an addition in 2006. The restaurant was originally 3400 sq. ft and it is now 5,000 sq. ft. My family and I are so grateful every single day for the amazing success of our family restaurant.
