Maggies has been a part of the Kalamazoo fabric since 1984. Its first location was in downtown Kalamazoo with Neil and Maggie Rost making homemade soups and great bakery rolls and breads with their breakfasts and lunches. After re-locating to WMUs campus, theyexpanded their presence, becoming a college favorite for years. In 1993, Maggies was purchased by the Rudnicks, who kept alive the Maggies tradition while also expanding into catering. With a service area covering most of West Michigan and a large catering customer base, Maggies Catering became a favorite for corporate events, weddings, private parties and graduations. Now Maggies has moved to a new location at Stadium Shoppes. The new location allows us to increase both our business hours and exposure to downtown commuters, while still allowing Maggies to have a campus feel that our customers know and love.
