M & J Bistro first opened its doors in 2008. We are one of the first Tracy restaurants to provide a taste of San Francisco-style cuisine. The restaurants seasonal French Basque-California fusion cuisine offers crepes, seafood, steaks, pasta, chops and more. We pride ourselves on quality and consistency and feature such items as fresh seafood, lamb, clam chowder, hand-picked produce, gourmet sandwiches, bold salads, and decadent desserts.
