Locanda Positano keeping true to its name features the freshest produce, seafood and wild game. Were foodies from Chicago and this place was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Its a small dinning room so they really get to concentrate on delivering amazing dishes. Wine selection is awesome too. We are very busy people. But we appreciate the well thought out and easily deliverable food. Locanda Positano delivers at every level. The taste is always sumptuous and delivery is always on time. Often we feel that this restaurants food is the perfect end to very busy days… Really good pasta on the main street – small location, but very authentic. Decor of the places makes you feel just as if you were in a small Italian town. Prices are $$$, good service… no complaints! This place is hands down the best Italian food Ive ever had. Its a small mom & pop kind of place that seats about 20-30ish people. Its cosy, great service and the owner is genuine Italian. Both me and my girl had dishes with fresh shaved truffle on top, it was amazing… This is a gem of a restaurant that hearkens back to those on Lake Como in Northern Italy. Dining in this Intimate room you feel like the privileged. The spicy clams and muscles appetizer was delightful And the black ink pasta was life changing…
