Liquid Earth

We opened in 1996 with a living food menu in addition to vegan and vegetarian fare. Liquid Earth is a true juice and smoothie bar creating all libations from the actual items not from a jar, bottle or can. We have created a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere in which to dine including outdoor and courtyard seating. Liquid Earth has also always been a space for people to come together to converse, share and exchange ideas , art and music. Liquid Earth is an entity, a conduit, and a catalyst. We hosted experimental music nite which premiered local music and we have always featured local artists on our walls. We are always committed to local fresh produce, product and purveyors. We create all of our signature organic tofu items, as well as all others, in house to maintain total control. We are forever honest explorers attempting to expand our minds, palets, menus, accommodations and soon locations. It is our passion to promote our philosophy of intelligent nutrition and our endeavor to promote this concept as a standard.
