Lewis Cafe is a restaurant centered on tradition and family. Established in 1938, Virgil Lewis built the business on hard work and great service. Lewis Cafe has continued to operate with these principles throughout the years. In 1973, Fred and Marie Short (Virgilsnephew and niece-in-law) bought the restaurant. Fred and Marie worked tirelessly to make Lewis Cafe a place of great food and service, all while raising 4 sons who have each worked in the restaurant.
