Established in 2013. La Cambusa is a family owned and operated restaurant offering a menu based on authentic Southern Italian cuisine. The inspiration for our restaurant comes from Italys Amalfi Coast, where food and wine is an integral part of life. Our menu is aroster of Chef Nino Parlatos tasty creations, incorporating the freshest produce, seafood, homemade pasta, meats and spices supplied by local markets. His recipes retain the Italian tradition of simple preparation, without too much sophistication, in order to preserve the fragrance and flavor of fresh ingredients. Our full bar boasts a wide selection of affordable wines from around the world. We also specialize in hand crafted cocktails, utilizing seasonal ingredients to create an expanding list of unique drinks. La Cambusa opened in Fair Lawn, NJ in 1996. Another location opened in Ridgewood, NJ in 2004. Garfield is our newest and only location. Our sister restaurant, La Cambusa Ristorante, is located in Positano on Italys Amalfi Coast.
