The owner, after 25+ years running an Ocean City MD restaurant, decided to run his own business. The location has served customers since 1948 when The Polar Bar opened. In 2004 the DeVage family purchased the location and operated DeVages until their retirement in April 2018. Kellyns Kafe opened May 4th, 2018 and is open 7 days/week.
