Katsuya

Established in 2018. At Katsuya, we serve authentic Japanese Katsu with a variety of signature sauces and choice of meat. Everyday, we bake bread to serve every customer using our fresh breadcrumbs (panko). Tonkatsu sets with customized selections of both sauce andmeat are provided with bottomless miso soup, rice and salad. Other options include various homemade appetizers, udons, and karaage chicken. Katsuyas first location in North York opened in 2016, and is continuing to expand. Our fusion take on the Japanese traditional cutlet is served in various forms, and new additions to the menu are always being developed by our team. With menus ranging from traditional Katsus to Udons, Katsuya is always working to value each and every customer, like family.
