At Js Pitaria, we are graciously serving made-from-scratch baked goodness. Our founder, Zamir, has a passion for Bosnian handmade foods, this has become his job. He dedicated his life to making authentic and high-quality foods. How lucky is he that he gets to do what he loves? Zamir loves to share his story, use simple ingredients, and make everything by hand daily. His most important tools are hands and the most important ingredient is time. You cant rush the dough! The end goal is to have you introduced to Bosnian Pita and other Mediterranean culinary traditions and to have you as our customer for a lifetime. The easiest means to that end is to offer the best food as well as the best environment in which to discover and expand your tastes and love for Mediterranean food.
