As Traverse City is the cherry capital of the world and Kevins hometown, we infuse cherry fruit into our signature sauces. We love to showcase Michigan products whenever possible. Almost everything we do is chef inspired and recipe driven which means it doesnt come out of a box or a bag. We aim to prepare your dish in 10 minutes or less. This location is our fine, fast casual restaurant. Its all about the food! We smoke all of our meats fresh and on site daily.
