Along with a solid base salary, Jocks & Jills Sports Grill offers a bonus incentive program designedto reward success with sales and profit. GMs are rewarded with an equity-ownership program based on sales/profit goals each fiscal year. Jocks & Jills Sports Grill has developed a structured training program for all new managers. Our comprehensive training program encompasses learning all positions in our stores, including the front and back of the house, as well as several management principles essential to effective leadership. The training is conducted in one of our regional training stores. Jocks & Jills Sports Grill recognizes the importance of ample rest and relaxation outside the workplace. We offer a paid vacation benefit for all active managers in accordance with our company plan, allowing managers to use vacation time after six months of service. Managers are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, and may be eligible to use one of these weeks after six months.
