Established in 2017. Jianna features a modern Italian menu, freshly shucked oysters, artisanal spirits and wines that embrace the flavors of Italy and the United States. Chef Michael Kramer takes his inspiration from classic Italian cuisine and adds a creative twist to deliver a menu that is innovative and inviting. The restaurant will have an open kitchen, 40-foot bar with indoor and outdoor seating as well as pasta making area to allow the team to make fresh pasta daily. Jianna opened in March 2017. Michael Kramer is chef/owner of the restaurant.
