We trim and grind fresh beef chuck and brisket to make our delicious burgers. We choose the freshest produce to create our dishes. They were married in 1994 and later that year moved to Lancaster. They have one son, Colin. Chef Jamies passion is cooking. His lifelong dream has been to have his own restaurant. He is an experienced chef who has worked in the culinary field since age 16. His food is creative, beautiful and most important taste delicious!
