Detailed Information

Kingston-Miami Trading Co has a longstanding commitment to feeding the hungry. As a distributor of dry groceries we are uniquely positioned to help those in need by partnering with Feeding South Florida. Founded in 1981 as the Daily Bread Food Bank, we proudly support Feeding South Florida by donating food and beverages each and every year. Feeding South Florida distributes approximately 1.8 million pounds of food each month to hungry South Floridians, including children and the elderly, the unemployed and the working poor, the disabled, the homeless, and victims of natural disasters, illness and violence. Feeding South Florida empowers other South Florida not-for-profit organizations to assist people in need and improve their lives by providing food and other grocery products and by educating and engaging our community to fight hunger and poverty. This is a cause we strongly believe in. If you would like to help Feeding South Florida, please visit them at http://www.feedingsouthflorida.org. Another charity that Kingston-Miami Trading Co. is proud to support is the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). The CCFA is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohns Disease and ulcerative colitis. Crohns and colitis are gastrointestinal diseases that affect 1.4 million Americans. Not only is the mission of the CCFA to cure Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis, they also strive to to improve the quality of life for children and adults affected by these diseases while educating the public. Since their founding over four decades ago, CCFA has remained at the forefront of research in Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis. Today, the CCFA funds cutting-edge studies at major medical institutions, nurture investigators at the early stages of their careers, and finance underdeveloped areas of research. In addition, their educational workshops and programs, along with our scientific journal, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, enabl
