Established in 2008. tacos, tortas, queso bacon fries, chip & queso Catering, taco truck or taco bar! The Mellizoz announced their much anticipated arrival to Austin, Texas in 2006. From 2006-2007, the menu and concept was evolving and finally in December 2008 the42 food trailer parked off South First Street and opened on a cold winters day. People could smell the goodness luring them in from miles away. With lots of help from family and friends to get this kitchen on wheels rolling, Mellizoz stands strong as one of Austins veteran food trailers. Mellizoz prides itself on exceptional service and fresh food. Tacos, Tortas and the delicious made to order guacamole and fresh garlic fries are some of the enticing menu items served all day, seven days a week.
