Intermezzo

Intermezzo Pizzeria, situated between Plaza-Midwood and Uptown Charlotte, opened in 2007, when brothers Branko and Djordje Avramovic wanted to bring their grandmothers Serbian family recipes and 20 plus years of combined restaurant experience to Charlotte. It is acozy European-style café proudly serving pizzas with handmade dough and house-made mozzarella, savory traditional Serbian dishes, and specialty cocktails and craft beers on tap. Only the freshest ingredients are used in the restaurant- no freezers or microwaves. The warm, welcome interior makes it a great place for a family dinner, the ample cocktail list and attentive staff make it a wonderful place for an intimate date, and the a great view of the Charlotte skyline on the outside patio makes it the perfect setting to host your party or relax with an acquaintance.
