Our delicious ramen is specially made to absorb liquids gradually, which means our guests are able to enjoy the springy texture of Ikedo Ramen throughout their meal, without worrying about it sticking to the bowl. We proudly serve our ramen in many different flavors, to satisfy the cravings of all of our guests! We offer a rich, opaque pork bone broth based in miso and high-quality soy sauce. Each of our 2 house special sauces bring their own unique flavors to Ikedo Ramens thick, complex broth. Our chefs are obsessed with quality and will go as far as sourcing special cuts of meat for their unique texture and flavors. Various methods of skewering and grilling are applied to the meats we serve, to provide the optimal dining experience with each bowl of ramen. Donburi is a traditional Japanese dish consisting of different meats and vegetables, cooked together, and served over rice. Ikedo Ramen serves a variety of our own special Donburi dishes, which include Beef, Chicken, and shrimp tempura, as well as our delicious Japanese Fried Rice.
