Ichima was established in July of 2005, with a simple idea…provide the highest quality Japanese food at the most affordable price. We have never strayed from that idea. We believe that true quality cannot be immitated. We pride ourselves in creating all of our sauces right in our own kitchen, Our house teriyaki sauce, tempura sauce, Eel Sauce, Wasabi Sauce, Ponzu sauce, spicy mayo sauce, all our salad dressing sauces and many more are created daily from our secret family recipe. We believe that this is what differentiates us from other sushi bars. We never cut corners when it comes to quality and we strive to provide the highest quality homemade ingredients in all of our recipes…even if that means a lot of extra work.
