We are a casual dining microbrewery restaurant that offers fresh, made from scratch menu items in a relaxed atmosphere featuring signature dishes that are created from high-quality, fresh ingredients and prepared in a display style kitchen that allows you to view the cooking process. We complement the made-from-scratch food by offering hand-crafted, microbrewed beer, brewed in a glass encased brewery that separates the non-smoking dining room from the bar dining area. Our menu features signature dishes that accommodate a variety of tastes. This includes steaks, chicken, pastas and seafood that blend high-quality ingredients with unique, made-from-scratch sauces and marinades to create our signature dishes. Guest favorites at Hops include Hops Walkers Wood Shrimp appetizer featuring jumbo Gulf shrimp topped with our unique Walkers Wood sauce; Jamaican Top Sirloin, a center cut sirloin marinated for 72 hours in a blend of pineapple, soy and ginger, and Hops homemade Key Lime Pie that blends a tangy custard center with a sweet graham cracker crust. We also feature a selection of signature items on our lunch menu. Lunch prices range from $6-$10 and dinner entre prices average around $14. We take extra steps to ensure that the quality of our menu and service remain consistent and exceed the standards within the casual dining industry. Our attention to detail includes hand-peeling shrimp for the Walkers Wood Shrimp appetizer, using ingredients such as carefully aged, corn-fed beef and the freshest fish available. We also utilize a five-step cooking process for our baby back ribs, combining 12 different lettuces for the salads that are served in frozen bowls and making all our soups, sauces and salad dressings from scratch.
