Hinkles Restaurant and Pharmacy opened its doors to the people of Columbia over 124 years ago. After a long history and many ups and downs, Hinkles revamped the business in October of 2017. Although the original pharmacy is no longer an operating part of the business, Hinkles Restaurant has been joined with Murphys Mercantile & Co. to deliver locals and tourists quality food, hand crafted gifts and a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
