Huevos Divorciados – two fried eggs with seasoned black beans with queso fresco, each egg topped with tomatillo salsa and salsa roja, served with avocado slices and warm tortillas Country Ham Omelet – 3 egg omelet, pulled ham, hash browns, onion and cheese, drizzled with honey mustard, served with toast Pulled Ham Benedict – tender smoked ham on top of course grain honey mustard aioli, toasted English muffin with poached eggs topped with hollandaise served with a petite micro green salad Crepes (3) – Irish cream & Kahula or strawberry mascarpone cream topped with fresh strawberry, powdered sugar and whipped cream.
