Since 1955 Hartles Subs has been going strong as an icon of the area. The recipe for the flying saucer hasnt changed or the hot sauce only the nameof the family who owns it. Rich Robertson purchased the family name and recipes in 2004 and intend to keep Hartles Subs a family business. It is our goal for families to be able to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank. We are doing our best to keep this areas memories as fresh as Hartles ingredients.
