We bring together the best of all great BBQ techniques from the Carolinas to Texas to create something distinctively its own. The process begins with the best, all-natural meats and poultry, seasoned with our proprietary rubs and then smoked with wood for many hours until the perfect harmony of smoke, flavor and time emerges. Our food is steeped in tradition but given new life. We make BBQ the way our forefathers did with wood and time. At Handsome Devil we strive to source local products, purchase all our supplies locally right down to the wood we smoke with is sourced from our local orchards who have trees that are no longer bearing fruit.
