Menu prices include set up fee and room rental. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea are included in menu prices. Alcohol is not. A credit card number is required at the time of the reservation. If the function is cancelled less than two weeks from the date of the event there is a 10% cancellation fee, and if the function is cancelled with less than one weeks notice there is a 25% cancellation fee. If the function is cancelled with less than 48 hours there will be a 50% cancellation fee, and if there is no cancellation and the function becomes a no-show there will be a 100% fee. The percentage will be decided based on the menu chosen and the final count at the time of cancellation. A final guest count and menu is required one week before your event. This is the count that you will be charged. Menu prices do not include state and local tax, alcohol, or 20% service charge.
