Grumps is owned and operated by Bay Ridge residents Duncan and Deena Bradbury. Opened in 2002, we have become a favorite for locals in the Annapolis Neck Peninsula. We are just steps from Back Creek and the South River, also making Grumps Cafe a convenient stop for Boaters and visitors of Quiet Waters Park.
