Grubstake

Here at Grubstake Bar and Restaurant we take the health and well being of our staff and customers very seriously. As many of you know Gov. Doug Ducey has called for temporary closing of bars, night clubs, and restuarants and restriced them to take out only. While we are not open for take out service, we are hard at work taking this time to update our kitchen, deep clean the bar, and allow our staff a little rest and relaxation. Once the ban has been lifted we will be back at it serving all of you that cold beer, that shot of whiskey or some of our Award winning Shrimp! Stay safe and we hope to see you all very soon! A small town just a few miles east of the Colorado River, and home to one of the largest Rock, Gem and Mineral Shows in the Country. Every year starting in January and lasting thru Febuary is one of the largest gathering of RVs and gem lovers a like! So while in Quartzsite stop by the Grubstake, where you will find great food, cheap drinks snd some great entertainment. We are a full service bar that happens to serve some pretty darn good food (well we like to think so). So while on the website take a look around!!
