Grazzielas is the best!! We order from them every couple of weeks (although twice this week), and every time it is good. Last time we ordered we wantedfresh tomatoes and extra sauce on the pizza (which they dont have available via Seamless), so I called. The gentleman who answered was so professional and accommodating he told me to just add the sun-dried tomatoes option and put a note in to add fresh tomatoes and sauce and bingo! when the pizza arrived it was perfect! So happy with Graziellas. Sometimes when they are super busy it can take 60-90 minutes, but its worth it. Hi, so Graziellas is one of our go to spots for years. The other night the order, though correct and on time, wasnt packed correctly so it was pretty much a mess. I called the restaurant back and it was immediately remedied with a delicious bonus of cannolis! Manger Kevin was understanding and didnt hesitate in resending the parts of the order that were disrupted. Mistakes happen all the time, its how a person or a business responds to that mistake that shows their character. Graziellas is hands down my favorite Italian place. The eat in experience makes you feel like your eating at someones house. The staff is amazing and the food is phenomenal. It is a must if you want to eat Italian food in Brooklyn.
