Grassos is committed to your health & safety. We could not be happier to see you, and we are so grateful for your support. Our goal has always been to keep you safe and cared for during your time with us, so we feel its important to be transparent in how we willcontinue to keep you safe during this time. We are closely following all NYS Standards and Requirements. Please take a moment to read our official guidelines and adhere to the following: First and foremost, please do not join us if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID. We will happily reschedule your reservation for another time. Face masks or coverings always worn, unless seated at your table. Physical/social distancing: please maintain 6 feet between you and other patrons. We will monitor for your comfort and safety and reserve the right to ask you to increase your distance from others in the space. Please do not congregate. No parties larger than 6 currently allowed, unless discussed with management. Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are going to be late or find yourself needing to cancel, please call. We thoroughly sanitize each area before and after you. This is time consuming and we ask for the following due to our limited seating capacity. Please adhere to limited seating times of no more than 1 hour an 30 min, for 2 people and 1 hour and 45 min for 4 – 6 people so other guests can enjoy the same experience. Due to NYS tracing rules we require names and phone numbers from all of our guests. We have provided you with multiple hand sanitizers, throughout the restaurant please use as frequently as needed. All menus are now disposable. Your sterilized silverware has been wrapped in a sanitized napkin. Please remember that this is not your typical Grassos experience, so please be patient and kind, our staff works hard to ensure you have a delicious, enjoyable, and safe experience.
