Established in 2012. Named for comic legend Jackie Gleason, Peekskills most famous transplant, this new venture from the team behind The Birdsall House promises a menu of flatbread pizzas made with locally sourced produce and house-smoked Hemlock Hill Farm meats.With eight rotating taps of craft beer, cocktails shaken with house-made bitters, and an extensive Scotch and bourbon list. Formerly the Peekskill Staple Millers, owners John Sharp and Tim Reinke have made an effort to keep this location a Peekskill mainstay. With parts of the original bar intact, and art from local artists we now pay homage to Peekskill local history. Plus, its the best pizza in town.
