Girvan Grille Restaurant and Bar complements the Scottish heritage of the elegant clubhouse at Edinburgh USA in Brooklyn Park and offers an eclectic American cuisine. The name and inspiration for the restaurants relaxed atmosphere comes from Girvan, a picturesque seaside village in the south west of Scotland renowned for its hospitality as well as local cuisine. Girvan Grille overlooks the beautiful championship golf course and features a menu that includes appetizers, sandwiches, salads, choice steaks, ribs, seafood and wood roasted chicken. The rich ambiance and magnificent view of the public golf course sets the scene for casual dining. We have a steakhouse menu with an abundant variety of entrees that appeal to all palates. We use fresh ingredients and made from scratch sauces, dressing, and desserts that guarantee an exceptional experience. Girvan Grille sources fresh fruits and vegetables locally, and fish and seafood from sustainable sources. Formerly MacTavishs, Girvan Grille is owned by the City of Brooklyn Park and managed by Lancer Catering. In addition to managing the full-service restaurant at Edinburgh USA, Lancer also provides complete catering and event management at the Clubhouse. The golf course and pro shop at Edinburgh are managed by the City of Brooklyn Park and golf pro Don Berry. Lancer is a Minnesota-based hospitality company with exclusive food service and catering contracts at some of the areas most well-known venues including Edinburgh USA, Science Museum of Minnesota, Minnesota Zoo and Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. Lancer Hospitality is owned by company founders and business partners since 1979, Glenn Baron and Steve Craver. Enjoy the game of golf?
